Ensure you provide a legally vetted sale and purchase contract for a residential property worth at least EUR 500,000. The property must be located within Hungary's borders and duly registered in the Hungarian Land Registry by its specific parcel identification or topographical lot number, clear of any legal and financial encumbrances.
