This high first-floor luxury apartment was completed in the heart of the 5th district in Városház street, right next to the Váci street. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Alf Italia furniture, projector, electric screen and besides lots of extras beautiful linden doors were built in. So a unique and high-quality apartment got ready in the center of Budapest. This 120 sqm luxury apartment, facing the square is in the neighborhood of Vörösmarty square and the Váci street. The property was totally reconstructed. There's a 60 sqm living room, there're two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bar. We tried to create a luxurious and high-quality apartment to fulfill all needs. We combined modern minimal style with Art Deco of the 30s. So the modern solutions with warm and clear-out shapes resulted in a friendly and comfortable flat. Two bathrooms, a Finnish sauna, and a special glass bathtub got built-in. Floor- and wall-heating is designed in the apartment with a mobile thermometer in each room. Ceiling lamps and sculptures were specially designed here so it makes a unique atmosphere. All designs are hand-made that shows professional carrying out. The linden doors are the jewelry of the rooms specially polished to the furniture. The atmosphere is ensured by the quality materials such as the Italian-Spanish covers like Grespana and Gardenia, lavatory equipment by Duravit and Grohe, Alf Italia inlaid furniture and Marburg wallpapers. Comfort is provided by the Italian Samoa sofa and armchairs. Some accessories to mention are by Villeroy & Boch, Alessi, Bo Concept, Kare, etc. Modern apartments require high-tech electric devices, so all rooms are equipped with a 5.1 home video system, and the living room has a projector with an electric screen that integrates the movie feeling. There're 3D TVs and blue-ray players in all rooms. All these resulted in a high-quality unique apartment that's special jewelry of Budapest
District V. is located in the heart of Budapest. It's a government and business area with many popular office buildings. In this part of the town Deák Ferenc Square can be found, which is the largest public transport hub of the city, where three metro lines meet (M1, M2, M3). Rising above the buildings, the Budapest Eye ferris wheel overlooks the city, including some of the most famous attractions of the area, such as the Parliament and St. Stephen's Basilica.
Students prefer the neighbourhood due to the proximity of ELTE Faculty of Law (ÁJK), ELTE Faculty of Humanities (BTK) and Budapest Business School (BGE). Váci Street and Vörösmarty Square with its crowded restaurants and elegant shops are a popular destination for tourists. As you take tram 2 or walk along the Danube that borders the district, four bridges cross the river: Liberty Bridge, Elizabeth Bridge, Chain Bridge and Margaret Bridge.
For those looking for recreation in the green areas, Liberty Square, Elizabeth Square, Olympia Park, Kossuth Square and Károlyi Garden can provide space for regeneration. The nearest shopping mall is Westend City Center, next to the Western Railway Station, where you can reach the Liszt Ferenc Airport by train or the M3 metro and a transfer.
